There are three options.
Ships in a cardboard box
The item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from the our studio to your home.
Ships in a crate
This item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials to keep it firmly in place during its journey, and will be tightly sealed together.
Ships in a tube
This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.

We will always email you your tracking information as soon as we ship your items so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

READY TO SHIP PAINTINGS
It’s incredibly important to us that our clients are happy with their new painting. If you are not happy with your painting, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for a store credit. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your painting for your return confirmation.
Buyer pays return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped back to us fully insured with a tracking number. Paintings must be returned in the same condition as when they arrived to you.
Please keep in mind that paintings can run well over $100 to ship.
MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM PAINTINGS
As soon as any custom or made to order paintings are purchased there are no returns.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRINTS
There are no refunds or cancellations on any downloadable items.
IMPORTANT: We have never had a painting damaged due to shipping, our packaging is very strong. If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box and painting to launch their investigation. All of our paintings are fully insured.
IF POSSIBLE: When you receive your painting, if the box looks crushed, the best thing to do is to take a photo of the box (before you open it), just in case the painting is damaged inside. This will be a huge help with filing a claim against the delivery company. Thank you.
